A fresh tropical fruit plate featuring banana, pineapple, watermelon, dragon fruit, and papaya is served alongside Balinese premium coffee or tea, complete with butter and jam.

Serenade by the Stars begins with a beautifully arranged Balinese setting, where traditional dulang and intricately carved decorative plates come together to reflect the richness of local culture. Set beneath a traditional Balinese umbrella and softly illuminated by candlelit pathways and heart-shaped candles, the atmosphere feels warm, intimate, and unmistakably Balinese.
A dulang is a traditional wooden serving tray historically used in Balinese ceremonies and special gatherings. It represents respect, togetherness, and the meaningful act of sharing food, transforming dinner into a heartfelt ritual rather than simply a meal.
The evening continues with a thoughtfully curated traditional Balinese set menu, homemade with care. Guests are served half a portion of authentic Balinese ayam betutu prepared with traditional spices, four chicken satays accompanied by rich peanut sauce, slices of Balinese boiled egg, cooked chili sauce made from tomato and chili, fried chili sauce, spiced grated coconut , and lawar, a classic Balinese vegetable dish that brings balance and depth to the flavors.
Drinks include mineral water and fresh juices of your choice from watermelon, papaya, dragon fruit, pineapple, or banana. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available upon request at additional charge.
To conclude the experience, a traditional Balinese dessert of black rice pudding served with coconut milk is presented, offering a comforting and nostalgic taste of local heritage.
